For nearly 20 years, I worked as a call center agent—answering calls, solving problems, and learning firsthand what it takes to deliver exceptional customer experiences. I've heard every type of complaint, celebrated countless resolutions, and witnessed how the right systems can make or break a customer's day.

But I also saw the inefficiencies. Businesses with outdated websites losing credibility before customers even picked up the phone. That's when I discovered web development, SEO, and automation. Not as separate skills—but as an integrated system for business growth. And I created intelligent workflows using Make.com, n8n, and custom AI agents that handle the busywork so humans can focus on what they do best: building trust, solving complex problems, and creating genuine connections with customers.
